Items once delivered to the address on the order are the responsibility of the recipient.

Understanding your delivery notifications.

Please be aware that 'Processing' does not mean dispatched.

It does mean that your order is in

the system and our fulfillment team are in the process

of collating your item/s.

 

It may take some time before there appears

to be any movement on your order, especially in the

case of any new releases.

 

As soon as your items are ready they will be moved to shipped.

 

This does not mean they have been delivered.

What this does mean is that your order is now with our logistics team and is being made ready for collection by the delivery service

responsible for bringing your order to you.

 

As soon as your item has been marked as shipped it will be passed to your delivery service who will then scan the barcode that

contains your tracking number.

 

This in turn will then appear on your Track Your Package page for you to be able to follow its progress – it can take a while for a tracking number to show. 

 

We strongly advise that once you have your tracking number you keep an eye on its journey as any issues are better dealt with in real time than at a later date. 

 

Please know that it is our intention to have your order delivered to you in a timely fashion and in good order. If there are any problems, we are of course always here at The Octunnumi to help with any issues that you may have but we do only have access to the same

information that you do.

It is only by contacting the relevant delivery service that we can gather any further information regarding your package.

We would also ask that you take the time to check your order details as when it has shipped we cannot make any amendments to the delivery details.
